Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Vorvania. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect when ordering.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or Australian public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

Vorvania ships from supplier warehouses located internationally. Estimated delivery times from dispatch are:

Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days
Express Shipping: 5–10 business days (where available at checkout)

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier workloads. We are unable to guarantee delivery by a specific date.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow 2–5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to be updated by the carrier.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Vorvania has no control over customs charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please check with your local customs authority before placing an order if you are unsure.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Vorvania cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at hello@vorvania.com.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, or if your item arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@vorvania.com with your order number and, where applicable, photographic evidence of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
