Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your order, here’s how we can help.

30-Day Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging. To start a return, email hello@vorvania.com with your order number and reason for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Change of Mind

Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days. Return shipping costs in this case are the buyer’s responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty: personal care devices, items with broken seals, and consumable products.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
